I bought my car in Sept of 2025 and have had my oil changed there since the purchase. They found a transmission leak and went above and beyond to help me out and get it fixed at such a reasonable rate. The service department is one of the best I have ever delt with and I will bring all my vehicles here to get fixed. I feel like this is a place everyone should look to buy a car, the whole staff is amazing, kind and work with you not against you.

I worked with curt and it was the best service and Easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. He was super helpful and worked with me to make sure a deal was made he even came in on his day off just to make sure I was taken care of I will 100% be going back here for future business with BEW RICHMOND AUTO MALL

I’ve had a great experience with this used car dealership and wanted to share. They helped me purchase a used Lexus that has been absolutely amazing — the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and exactly what you hope for when buying a vehicle. Customer service was top-notch, expectations were clear, and the transaction couldn’t have gone better. They’ve also helped me out with a couple other things related to a different car since then, and every time they’ve been just as helpful and professional.
